Abrasive wheel

It is the primary wheel mounted on the column for cutting by rotating and delving into the material. Base

When CNC grinders gnaw into the workpiece by abrasion, they release excess heat that can affect the machine. That's why they require a coolant with a nozzle inserted into the device to prevent overheating. The coolant may spray on the grinding head with gels, water, or aerosols. The process keeps the machine at a stable temperature and prevents rusting.
